My Story

I'm Anna, I grew up in Little Chalfont, work in the city and moved back to Bucks mid COVID lockdown. I had my first baby girl in 2019, and my son in 2020. Both times I suffered with complications such as PGP and pre-eclampsia, and I wanted to be able to deliver as safely as possible and recover quickly postpartum. BuggyFit gave me the ability to maintain my strength and fitness during pregnancy, and to recuperate my body and workout with my babies (plus meet new mums) postpartum. I understand how all pregnancy is special but often complicated, and recovery can be a challenge. This led me to becoming a Personal Trainer specialising in Pre and Post natal to help other women and to have fun in the process.
