Our Story
I had my first baby girl in 2019, and my son in 2020. Both times I suffered with complications such as PGP and pre-eclampsia, and I wanted to be able to have my baby as safely as possible and recover quickly postpartum.
BuggyFit gave me the ability to maintain my strength and fitness during pregnancy, to recuperate my body and workout with my babies, plus meet new mums. I understand how all pregnancy is special but often complicated, and recovery can be a challenge. This led me to becoming a Personal Trainer specialising in Pre and Post natal to help other women and to have fun in the process.
Our Vision
Whatever your postnatal stage we have a programme that will suit your needs - from initial recuperation in your first six weeks, through those tough times of getting back into your jeans and onto those new levels of fitness from behind your buggy or pram.

My classes are BuggyFit affiliated - the original and largest buggy workout network in the UK. The classes are designed to ensure you get the best results while having loads of fun with a bunch of like minded mums by your side. So what are you waiting for….come and get Buggyfit!
